The connectivity infrastructure at Ebury urgently needed to be refreshed. When OryxAlign were on-boarded as the technology services partner, the installed connectivity was based on an array of independent DSL connections. This was problematic and provided limited bandwidth to the business with little or no redundancy. Due to the nature of the business operations at Ebury, any connectivity disruption was detrimental.
OryxAlign completed a detailed audit of the connectivity infrastructure installed. The recommendation was to implement dedicated fibre which would provide the business with uncontended and dedicated internet connectivity along with a symmetrical wireless backup circuit which would be configured as an automatic failover in the unlikely event of the main fibre circuit failing. The improved connectivity design provides Ebury with a 100% SLA backed connectivity infrastructure.
OryxAlign have implemented the same connectivity design at 3 of the Ebury offices in various locations. The connectivity infrastructure is supported, monitored and maintained under a business critical managed IT support service. The support partnership and the uninterrupted connectivity platform allows Ebury to prove superior services to their clients with the peace of mind knowing their external communications are in good hands.
