With over 20 years commercial experience in the international IT services sector, Carl Henriksen is now CEO of the well-established, thriving, UK based MSP, OryxAlign. Carl has a deep domain understanding of the MSP market, the technologies and trends that drive and shape that market, how to develop and execute successful strategies to protect existing market share, position the business for growth, and pursue new opportunities.

Justin has over 20 years of international operational experience, operating across a notable breadth within the ICT spectrum in both public (UK Govt) and private sectors. 

Prior to OryxAlign, Alistair served in the UK Armed Forces for nearly three decades, where he operated in a variety of command appointments and an array of staff roles. He has extensive experience in: operational design, planning and execution; programme and project management; organisational development and change; and, strategic capability planning.

Geoff joined OrxAlign in January 2021, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and experience from leading, managing and advising complex organisations across a wide range of regulated and technology sectors.

Senior international executive and former, successful business owner with extensive commercial and consulting experience in the Defence, Security, and Information Technology/Communication sectors, operating at national/board level.

Andreia joined OryxAlign in 2019 and has worked her way up to CFO. Originally from Portugal, she is known for her meticulous and detail-oriented approach and team-centric leadership.

Michelle brings over 16 years of expertise in strategic vendor management, contract negotiation and cost optimisation. Her extensive experience includes driving efficiency in supply chain processes, fostering strong supplier relationships and implementing innovative procurement strategies to support organisational growth and sustainability.

Nathan joined OryxAlign in 2018 and is an experienced technical sales professional with +20 years of experience within the IT industry. He is a technical, strategic and pragmatic thinker driven by delivering service excellence whilst creating and nurturing long-term business relationships.

Helen joined OryxAlign in September 2022, bringing over 25 years broad experience in Human Resources within a variety of industry sectors including technology.  Helen’s mission is to ensure that OryxAligners are engaged, motivated and competent to carry out their roles.

Leading the Professional Services department, Adam brings a strong technical background and proven leadership in managing complex IT projects, including cloud, networking and business transformation initiatives.

Over 15 Years in the IT industry bringing ITIL, ISO and standardisation to organisations worldwide. Edwin has wide experience in disaster recovery and business continuity, IT Policy, IT business maturation and IT consolidation.
