In his new role, Jon has overall accountability and responsibility for the performance of OryxAlign’s Managed Services division, and will lead the continued successful performance of the Service Desk, NOC and Service Delivery Teams.
Erika takes over the responsibility for the efficient performance of OryxAlign’s Professional Services Division. She will drive the successful commissioning and execution of all transformation projects delivered to new and existing clients.
Both Jon and Erika will work closely with the COO and CTO to deliver operational efficiencies and ensure the business’s high standards and service levels are maintained and where possible, exceeded.
Prior to joining OryxAlign, Jon worked in both consultant and in-house roles, most predominantly at Volkswagen Group UK&I and Hewlett Packard Enterprise Services where he held positions leading the delivery of evolving and legacy services. He brings more than 20 years of hands-on and strategic IT Operations and Service Delivery experience to the business.
Erika served as the VP of Global Services and Support at erecruit, where she developed and led international teams responsible for implementing projects worth several million. She has more than 15 years’ experience implementing and managing multiple enterprise projects on a global scale.
