OryxAlign Employee Of The Year 2014-2015 Awards

The OryxAlign Employee of the Year Awards was held on the 10th July 2015. The annual awards evening is a major event on the busy OryxAlign social calendar and as with most awards evenings, the purpose is to reward and recognise the hard work and commitment within the OryxAlign team. The categories for the awards are BEST SENSE OF HUMOUR, MOST FASHIONABLE, BEST KEPT DESK, TEAM PLAYER OF THE YEAR, and the prestigious EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR award.

Some of the key attributes and qualities for the OryxAlign Employee of the Year are to demonstrate outstanding and continued commitment to the company and others at all times, great individual achievement, contribution, and performance in their jobs and other related duties beyond their own and a person with a positive attitude toward work responsibilities, co-workers, and clients.

Dan is one of OryxAlign’s great success stories. Dan joined the Service Desk team in November 2013 as an apprentice, and his eagerness to learn and progress was evident from day one. Within a couple of months he had settled into the swing of things and was contributing a great deal of value to the Service Desk team. He breezed through his apprenticeship and was the top achiever in his group. Dan’s work ethic is unquestionably first class and he’s progression in terms of technical experience and knowledge has been staggering.

Dan was voted the OryxAlign Employee of the Year 2015 by his peers and colleagues, and he is a well deserving winner.
