OryxAlign Business Plan Launch and Awards

The Annual Business Plan Launch and Achievement + Recognition Awards is OryxAlign’s most prominent event in the calendar.

After the previous two events being hosted virtually due to the pandemic, it was fantastic to return to normality and host the event, our biggest one yet, in person. And what an excellent event and evening it was!

Given the extraordinary challenges we have endured over the last two years, OryxAlign has emerged from the pandemic in great shape. We have achieved our financial targets, increased our market share and capital reserves to allow for further investment into the business, and we have achieved a Best Companies 1-star accreditation. All of this represents a huge achievement, delivered by our incredible people under challenging circumstances.

Our Annual Achievement + Recognition Awards

The OryxAlign Awards first begun 10 years ago, with just 14 team members! As an rapidly growing MSP serving a demanding market, OryxAlign deliver an array of complex and challenging services across various technical disciplines. It’s extremely important to us that we appreciate, recognise and reward the great work invested by our workforce in making OryxAlign a successful and thriving place to work.

This year’s Awards Event recognised 14 award categories, our most anticipated as always, being ‘Employee of the Year’. The winner of this award exhibits exceptionable and consistent commitment to OryxAlign and takes a positive approach and attitude to clients and of course colleagues. We’re proud to announce, for the second year running, the Employee of the Year Award 2022 went to Mark Waldmeyer.
