OryxAlign achieves B Corp certification

OryxAlign earns B Corp status and joins community of purpose driven organisations.

OryxAlign has achieved certification as a B Corporation (B Corp), joining a global movement of more than 7,000 companies across 90 countries that are reshaping how business impact is measured.

The B Corp certification recognises organisations that meet independently verified standards for social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability. OryxAlign earned an overall impact score of 85, with particular strengths in governance, employee wellbeing and community engagement.

The certification process was led by CEO Carl Henriksen and Business Operations Manager and Sustainability Lead Megan Stiles, with input from teams across the organisation. This collaborative effort led to the creation of OryxAlign’s Sustainability and Social Impact (SASI) Team, which now leads ESG initiatives and continues to deliver on the improvement areas identified during the B Impact Assessment.

While the process did not require major operational changes, it prompted OryxAlign to strengthen several existing practices.
