A night of recognition and excellence at OryxAlign

On Friday 10^th April 2026, employees across OryxAlign came together for an evening that reflected the very best of who we are.  

Our London and Manchester teams were joined by colleagues from South Africa and Lithuania at the Everyman Cinema in London, giving us all a chance to reconnect, reflect and recognise the collective behind a strong year at OryxAlign.

Throughout the evening, we celebrated the individuals and teams who continue to set the standard across the business, as well as deliver excellence and play a key role in strengthening our position in the market. Our employee-led awards remain an important part of our culture, ensuring recognition is both meaningful and representative of the impact seen across the business.

The categories included employee of the year, living the values, team player and rising star just to name a few.

Alongside the awards, we also marked an important milestone with the launch of our business plan for the year, presented by CEO and founder Carl Henriksen. The plan sets out a clear direction for the future, focused on inspiring confidence, delivering excellence and leading the market.

Now in our 20th year, the evening gave us an opportunity not only to celebrate success, but to align around what comes next.
