Onsite Engineering

• Technical Troubleshooting
• General networking skills
• Azure/Entra administration
• General PC Desktop support
• Mobile Device support
• Can do attitude

Project Engineer Cloud or Network

• Microsoft 365 and Azure administration (managing services, security, and support)
• On-premise infrastructure (Windows Server, virtualisation, Active Directory)
• Networking knowledge (DNS, VPN, firewalls)
• Technical troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Automation with PowerShell or other tools
• Security best practices (identity management, access control)
