Overall purpose of role

Reporting to the Lead Service Delivery Manager, the Technical Service Delivery Manager will provide the primary point of contact for one of our strategic clients, ensuring the contracted scope of service is delivered effectively and efficiently within the Service Level Agreement [SLA]. The role requires a pro-active, client focused individual, capable of building excellent client relationships and with a proven track record in delivering high quality technology services.
