Overall purpose of role

OryxAlign wants a Human Resource Manager to play a pivotal leadership and management role in driving our comprehensive approach to managing and developing our people and our workplace culture and environment.  The position will report to the CEO.  Working closely with the COO, the incumbent will be responsible for the human resource function in OryxAlign, including relevant processes, management information, broader understanding of the factors that influence our culture and workplace environment and support to realising our strategic vision through a defined and integrated Human Resource plan.

Additionally, the incumbent will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team to champion all human resource requirements, deliver continuous improvement and advise on change activity through the optic of our people and culture.
