The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in defining and building our People & Culture strategy, maintaining and enhancing our OryxAlign culture, and in enabling the organisation and our staff achieve their potential. In doing so, they will help design and execute HR projects, programmes, reporting into the CFO and Board, advising the Company’s People & Culture strategy and delivery against key initiatives.

As a senior member of the team, the chosen candidate will provide effective HR solutions to the OryxAlign team with an emphasis on supporting and advising staff and management, providing insight and expertise on initiatives as the business grows and evolves.
