The Internal Account Manager will join our technology sales and account management team and will have a keen interest in the technology services sector. This is a junior position for an aspiring account manager who wants to learn and gain experience of working in a fast paced and dynamic technology services provider.
The candidate will work alongside and support the external account managers with day-to-day client communication, sales administration and solutions negotiation.
Key duties & responsibilities
Support the external account management team with client communication and sales administration
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with clients
Assist in developing new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales targets
To assist in creating sales proposals and quotes for existing clients
Account management of smaller client accounts
