OryxAlign has grown very successfully since its inception in 2006 and is now a highly respected Managed Services Provider with a well-established and growing brand and client base. The company has invested significantly in its people and business infrastructure over this period, and continues to do so, and now employs more than 90 staff from its London, Manchester and Manila offices. Annual revenue is approaching £14m, with a multi-year business plan to significantly improve this position in the forthcoming years.

The role is based out of OryxAlign’s London office, with the requirement to routinely visit our Manchester office and client sites. OryxAlign operates a hybrid working model that supports a combination of remote and office-based working.


Overall purpose of role

The Head of Professional Services is responsible to OryxAlign’s Chief Operating Officer for the successful delivery of all aspects of the Professional Services business unit.  We require a highly capable business unit leader to lead a dynamic team in delivering a portfolio of programmes and projects, including driving continuous improvement into an already high-performing unit of project managers and project engineering resource.

As one of three business unit leads, the successful incumbent will play a pivotal role in OryxAlign’s Senior Leadership Team.
