We are delighted to announce that Peter McMichael has joined the OryxAlign Board as Non-Executive Director.
Peter is an experienced Finance Director with a proven track record of financial leadership at board level in plc and privately owned SME sectors. His combination of financial experience, commercial acumen and professional governance in small and large companies will add significant value to OryxAlign as we continue to grow our business, expand our operations and increase our market share. Peter’s extensive experience includes Finance Director for the £110m Defence, Aerospace & Communications Division within WS Atkins plc, providing high-end engineering services and solutions into mission critical industries. He also worked as Finance Director of the £20m, employee-owned, Advantage Business Group where he played a crucial role in the MBO from US parent, Fluor Corp, and the subsequent marketing and sale of the business in 2007 to WS Atkins plc.
