The solution
In 2007, OryxAlign started the partnership with an engineering consultation to understand all the functions and departments within the business. With Gü being a retail brand with FMCG product, operational and logistical procedures were most important. The technology planning was focused around this to ensure their business processes were aligned.
OryxAlign then designed a technology roadmap for the next 3 years. The network and server infrastructure was refreshed and a managed technology support package was implemented. This provided Gü with a dedicated IT Service Desk, delivering unlimited technical support and providing them with network housekeeping and an administration function. To ensure Gü experience consistent uptime, OryxAlign monitor their UK and France-based IT systems 24×7 and have a weekly onsite engineering presence in their London office.
