Great service makes people happy and this is what the service delivery team at OryxAlign strive for. An important factor to us in providing great service is sharing an intimate working relationship with our clients and having an in depth understanding of their infrastructure.

We measure our client happiness as a percentage through a constant happiness survey which we have embedded into our service desk management application. It’s simple in that we request feedback based on the support experience received for every completed and solved ticket.
